The four major folk love legends in China are Cowherd and Weaver Girl, Meng Jiangnv, Liang Zhu and Legend of White Snake.

1, Cowherd and Weaver Girl: tells the love story between Cowherd and Weaver Girl. Across the Milky Way, they can only meet on the seventh day of the seventh lunar month every year.

Other folklore

1, "Walnuts and Figs": Two generations of lovers planned to send walnuts to the king, and a friend suggested that he send figs because the king didn't like walnuts. 3. Fuxi painted hexagrams: Fuxi was a great mythical figure in ancient China. He created gossip by observing natural phenomena, which laid the foundation for later generations to learn.

4. Jingwei fills the sea: Jingwei is a brave bird. Its mother drowned in the sea, so it decided to fill the sea with stones and branches. Although it failed to fill the sea in the end, its indomitable spirit is admired by people.

5. Cao Chong called an elephant: Cao Chong, the son of Cao Cao, came up with a way to call an elephant when he was a child. He first led the elephant to the boat, carved the water level on the side of the boat, and then loaded the goods on the boat. By comparing the changes of the water level, the weight of the elephant was obtained. This story eulogizes Cao Chong's cleverness.
