Are there really aliens on earth?
During the period of 1998, the explorers found all kinds of strange sights in Tuo Su Hu, Qinghai Province, China, and came to the conclusion that they found the "alien site". Scientists went deep into the field to continue the investigation, and all kinds of hypotheses were verified one by one, and finally the mystery of "alien sites" was unveiled.
Mysterious tube
The amazing discovery of "alien ruins" comes from the book "Into Qaidam". The author of this book, White, is the honorary chairman of Qinghai Writers Association. White has been engaged in geological work, and the impulse to explore has been flowing in his blood.
1June, 996, when he stepped into Tuo Su Hu on the northeast edge of Qaidam Basin, he was stunned by what he saw: there was no life on the empty lake, and the sharp hills around him seemed to have been melted by fire, and there was no breath of life.
Just at the foot of Bayinova Mountain east of Lake Tuosu, White found a strange cave. The hole is triangular, as if it had been dug by hand. Uniform sandstone with almost no impurities. Deep in the cave, an iron pipe passing through the rock wall was perfectly embedded with the rock. He was surprised and puzzled!
On the beach between Bayinova Mountain and Lake Tuosu, White discovered more exciting mysterious pipes. These pipes have strange shapes and ingenious workmanship. White took a sample from the pipe and sent it to Xitieshan Smelter directly under the Ministry of Metallurgy at that time for testing. Results In addition to common metal elements, 8% of the elements in the sample could not be detected.
Unknown elements suddenly lit up White's chaotic mind, and a bold idea began to affect him: these suddenly appeared pipes on the Gobi desert beach can only have two origins, either from the earth or from aliens. The unexplored elements may be cosmic material components brought by aliens.
After investigation, White learned that the earliest history of human activities in Qaidam was about 30,000 years ago. Most of the local cultural relics unearthed are animal bones, stone tools, pottery and bronzes, and no iron has ever been found. After the founding of New China, Qaidam has been developed several times, but it has never been built in Tuosu Lake. Therefore, White concluded that these pipes were not left by ancient ancestors, nor could they be materials of modern engineering, and they were probably pipe groups built by aliens.
In order to confirm his inference, White arrived at the Delingha Observatory of Nanjing Purple Mountain Observatory, which is dozens of kilometers away from Su Hu. In Asia, this is an excellent astronomical observation point with high altitude, thin air, excellent transparency and easy acceptance of millimeter waves. In recent years, nearly 100 galaxies have been discovered here, which makes White believe that the emissary of the universe may have come to the Qaidam Basin, and the striking ToSu Hu may be the coordinates of aliens.
Behind the Bayinova Mountain, there is an unusually flat open space on the undulating Gobi Desert, such as a carefully compacted airport. In White's eyes, this is undoubtedly the landing point of the alien spacecraft at the moment.
After some investigation and inference, Bai Yu became more and more convinced of his bold conclusion:
These mysterious pipes can only be made by aliens, and the area around Tuosu Lake is an activity place for aliens on earth, and the mysterious cave in Bayinova Mountain is an alien cave!
Aliens "come out"
After the discovery of the alien site in Tuo Su Hu was disclosed by the media, it attracted the attention of domestic geosciences.
In May, 200012000, a temporary scientific investigation team composed of researchers from China Geological University and Beijing Institute of Nuclear Industry Geology, led by Professor Zheng Jiandong from the Institute of Geology of China Seismological Bureau, went to Tuosu Lake to try to solve the mystery of the origin of the mysterious tube.
The expedition first locked the research area on the lake beach between Bayinova Mountain and Tuosu Lake. Because many people came here, the pipe that White first saw was broken, and there were not many pipes left on the lake beach. The "first scene" of aliens was destroyed by curiosity hunters.
Experts still found many pipes of different sizes and shapes around the lake and at the bottom of the lake. Some of these pipes are like cut cantaloupes, and some are like long cucumbers. Under the scouring of the lake, the pipe wall can be clearly distinguished.
The sampling of mysterious substances was immediately taken to Beijing. Wang Wenguang, a senior engineer in Beijing Institute of Geology, nuclear industry, compared the samples with lunar materials and meteorites, but the mystery of the Su Hu iron pipe was greatly reduced: the analysis data of the pipe was completely different from that of meteorites and the moon. It can be concluded that the test tube can't be brought by aliens.
At the same time, Professor Zheng Jiandong measured the age of iron pipe samples about145,000 years ago by a method called thermoluminescence isotope determination in the Institute of Geology of China Geological Bureau. Compared with the 30,000-year history of human activities in the Qaidam Basin, it shows that these pipes can't be made by human beings.
The test finally concluded that the sample was a cement of carbon and pyrite, not man-made.
Compared with the test results in White, 8% of the unknown elements have been identified before, which are actually common metal elements such as potassium, aluminum and sodium.
As soon as the mysterious tube of the alien cave enters the expert's laboratory, its identity is so ordinary-commonly known as "pyrite". Finally, the experts' views tend to be consistent: the research direction of Tuosu Lake Pipe should be changed from "heaven" to "earth". Because they are neither from the earth nor from aliens, they are just a geological mystery that has just been discovered but has gone through a long journey.
Hypothetical competition
First of all, the team found that these pipes were only distributed in hard sandstone, which made the team understand the initial environment of iron pipes. According to the analysis of geological lithofacies theory, these hard sandstone layers were formed by flood impact. Geologically, this lithofacies is called flood facies. Zhou Dean, Zheng Jiandong and others believe that these iron elements were washed to Tuosu Lake by the rapids of floods millions of years ago, and then deposited in sandstone.
Why are these pipes only distributed in hard sandstone? Zheng Jiandong believes that the deposit belongs to continental sedimentary environment. When the flood floods, the water flows quickly, carrying more materials and bringing more iron. Most pipes are quickly buried by iron and sediments and formed by chemical reaction. After the sediment is separated from the water, it gradually becomes a reducing environment, and the sulfide in the water is decomposed into hydrogen sulfide gas, which reacts with the iron element carried by the flood to generate pyrite.
The experts of the expedition agree on the source of iron and the cause of pyrite formation, but Zhou Dean and others put forward a completely different view on the sedimentary theory, thinking that it can form a tube, on the grounds that it is impossible for sedimentation to enrich iron so richly, let alone form a geometric tube.
Debate boils down to debate. Experts seek common ground while reserving differences, and agree that the formation of tubular objects is closely related to the paleogeology and paleoclimate of Qaidam Basin millions of years ago. To uncover the mystery of this strange phenomenon, we must go back to Qaidam millions of years ago or even more.
In Nuomuhong Township, less than 300 kilometers away from Tuosu Lake, there is a strange landscape: on the Gobi Desert, a dike beam made of shells and sand that stretches for several kilometers and is more than 5 meters high, and is called shell beam by the locals. These shells tell people about the paleogeology and paleoclimate of Qaidam. In the fossil mountain less than 40 kilometers northwest of Su Hu, countless sea shrimps are completely embedded in fossil rocks, and they still look lifelike today. All these show that 40 million years ago, Qaidam was still the sea of Wang Yang. Later orogeny produced the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the highest plateau in the world, and the Himalayas, the roof of the world. The continuous improvement of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the Himalayas has led to changes in the surrounding environment and climate. Experts believe that this change is actually the external cause of the formation of Su Hu's mysterious tube.
Millions of years ago, due to the inclination of the Qaidam Basin and the climatic conditions at that time, the ancient Tuosu Lake was formed, and its area was much larger than that of today's Tuosu Lake. Bayinova Mountain used to be a flat land at the bottom of Lake Gutuosu. Later, due to geological compression, it rose from the lake like a bow, and cracks appeared in the raised mountain. Through investigation, experts found that the alien cave in Bayinova Mountain is just below the crack in this mountain, and the "alien cave" is formed by the crack being washed away by water. Regarding the pipes found in the "alien cave", Zheng Jiandong believes that in the process of crustal changes, lava rushes below the stratum and ejects when it meets cracks, so that the magma hidden in the cracks forms the later mysterious pipes. There is also a basis for this speculation, that is, the radioactive uranium content in the test tube reaches 208 mg per gram, which is dozens of times higher than the surrounding rocks.
However, Zhou Dean and Gao Junping put forward negative opinions on Zheng Jiandong's point of view. They believe that after sampling and analysis, no strong evidence of magma formation was found in the tube, and the rocks around the tube were not corroded by high temperature. The source of radioactive elements needs further study.
Zhou De 'an and Gao Junping, through the investigation of the landform around Tuosu Lake, think that the stratum of Tuosu Lake is relatively stable and the magma under the stratum is not developed. In a small range, the tube is formed by both sedimentation and magma, which is geologically impossible.
Moreover, if there is volcanic activity, the Qaidam oilfield cannot be formed.
Finally, the turning point of accurately solving the mystery appeared: Gao Junping found carbonized plant residues in the iron pipe through field investigation. Accordingly, Zhou De 'an and Gao Junping believe that tubular plants are plant fossils formed by chemical reactions after plants are buried. This is a very important discovery.
Gao Junping took two samples from the inside and outside of the "alien cave" and sent them to the analysis and testing center of Lanzhou University for testing. Through the plasma emission spectrum test with the accuracy of 10-9, it is known that there are dozens of common metal elements and trace elements that make up the tube, which is consistent with the test results of Zheng Jiandong and others in Beijing, and the organic matter content is similar, but the gradual change of potassium and iron content in the sample is conducive to the tube being a plant fossil. When the inner wall of the tube faces the outer wall, the iron content increases, the potassium content decreases, and the organic content is almost the same. Through observation, the experts found no microscopic evidence of plant structure such as trunk and bark, but found tree-like concentric circles on the macro level, similar to tree rings, and some vessels showed tree-like structure from the external state. If these pipes used to be trees, today they are the Qaidam in Gobi. Where do many trees come from?
Unveil the mystery
Millions of years ago, Qaidam was in a subtropical environment. At that time, the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau was still uplifting, but the edge was surrounded by mountains. The warm and humid air flow from the Indian Peninsula enters the basin, which makes the Qaidam abundant in rainfall, lush in vegetation and continuous in floods and rainstorms. The torrent covered the trees with sediments, and the trees entered a long evolutionary process.
Later, the Himalayas rose sharply, and the rain brought by the Indian Ocean monsoon was blocked on the southern slope of the Himalayas. The climate in Qaidam basin has become dry and cold, and the water surface has shrunk year by year. Nuomuhong area is a low-lying area in the basin. Later, the lake dried up and the uplift of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau brought desertification and drought to the Qaidam Basin. The strata around Tuo Su Hu began to undergo strong sedimentation, which made the trees buried hundreds or even thousands of meters below the surface by mud and gravel. This process takes hundreds of thousands of years. After the trees under the surface are dehydrated, the free oxygen is gradually consumed, and the environment changes from oxidation to reduction, which is the key period for the formation of iron pipes. The iron around the pipe changed from trivalent iron to divalent iron and gradually flowed to the porous wooden structure. According to geological theory, the temperature will rise by 33℃ for every kilometer underground. Under such temperature and chemical conditions, interesting changes have taken place in trees: the loose xylem gradually decays, and iron reacts chemically and is adsorbed on the non-perishable phloem of trees. This is the original shape of the iron pipe.
The mystery of Tuo Su Hu's alien site has experienced twists and turns in the sky, on the ground and underground, and finally evolved from an alien beyond the reach of human beings into the long history of Qaidam.
