Er, Caravaggio is Michelangelo and Michelangelo Meris da Caravaggio (1573 September 29th ~1610 July 18), outstanding Italian realistic painters. He studied painting under Milan painter Pedro Chano, inherited the tradition of realistic folk painting in northern Italy, and was influenced by Venetian painting school. He was active in Rome, Naples, Malta and Sicily from 1593 to 16 10. He is usually considered to belong to the Baroque School and has an important influence on the formation of the Baroque School. Caravaggio has a far-reaching influence on the emerging baroque art. Andre Bain-Joffrey (the secretary of Paul Vallecci) commented: "Frankly speaking, Caravaggio's works mark the beginning of modern painting."
