This semester seems to be very short-it seems that I have just finished the Mid-Autumn Festival celebration and started preparing for the New Year activities!

In the sunny yard, watching the children play freely is very happy! Some children play house with sand, some children build waterways with sand and water, and some children spend the whole morning looking for a small gem, a small shell, a Kobanawa and a grass! Some children are running around the yard, playing their own games ...

The children in the yard are changing with time. At the end of last semester, there were 54 children in the small yard, including 16 brothers and sisters who left the small yard to go to primary school after graduation, 9 children who left here for other small yards for various reasons, 1 1 newborn baby. Up to now, we have 40 children playing in the small yard! Spring is coming, and other friends will join in and play together!

There are four classes and eleven teachers in kindergarten this semester. Among them, Xiao Rong was a kindergarten teacher when Xiaoyun was on maternity leave. After three months' work and assessment, Yin Yan and Shu Hua became full members in 1 1 month and1February respectively!

The teachers in each class are very careful in the course of class, from theme preparation, environmental layout to communication with parents, they are carefully prepared everywhere!

This semester, we invited Mr. Wenxuan as the instructor of the kindergarten to lead the teachers of the whole kindergarten to carry out teaching and research work. When the teachers in the whole garden observe a child together for several weeks, and then share the children they see together in a beautifully decorated environment, it is not a person who simply observes and examines a child, but understands a life with awe and sacredness, and feels the needs and mission of the child in a three-dimensional way, thus giving him the help he really needs. In addition to the teaching and research study led by Wen Xuan, teachers also learn from each other through sharing. Teacher Xuelian shares nonviolent communication, and teacher Uncle takes you to make a biography of 7- 14 years old. Teachers will also share their training experience with other friends after training! Teachers also actively participated in the lesson preparation meeting and the training of principals in South China, and learned management and teaching experience from other kindergartens in Waldorf.

At the New Year's concert, all the teachers except the sick teacher Yanping and the toothache uncle took the stage to perform a super-lap "sweeping dance" for everyone. This kind of dance that subverts the gentle and quiet image of kindergarten teachers is really a great challenge. Teachers try to rehearse and adjust after work every day, cheer each other up, and finally present a wonderful performance for everyone! After this rehearsal performance, I feel that the connection between kindergarten teachers is deeper and everyone is more cohesive …

Of course, behind these beautiful things, we also have many difficulties. Especially in the case of reducing several teachers this semester, when teachers are sick or need to take care of their families, they obviously feel short of hands … so teachers often go to work sick! Every time such a situation makes people feel very distressed! I hope this situation can be adjusted and improved in the next semester!

In order to better promote the growth of teachers in the whole school and improve the level of teaching guarantee, the teacher growth plan for the next semester is: 1. Participate in systematic Waldorf kindergarten teacher training; 2. Kindergartens will continue to invite tutors to give guidance. Arrange teachers to exchange studies in other kindergartens.

4. Teachers spontaneously set up study groups to study some topics in depth! At present, the study groups that have been determined include the "Twelve Senses" study group on Wednesday and the "Art Activity Study Group" on Saturday morning.

5. Attend the kindergarten teachers' lesson preparation meeting and kindergarten director training in South China.

In addition to teachers' work and growth, parents also actively participate in learning and kindergarten construction.

The kindergarten invited Mr. Wenxuan to come to the parents' classroom to share with parents and grandparents. The themes ranged from "healthy rhythm" to "nourishing children's primary senses". Every time there are more than a dozen parents inside and outside the kindergarten, and some even participate every time! In this study, mom and dad have gained a lot. They have a better understanding of children's development, the meaning behind each behavior, and how to better support children's development in different situations.

? Teacher Yanping also takes parents to do handicrafts and read books. The original plan is to arrange every Friday, hoping to enhance mutual understanding between parents and kindergartens in this way! Finally, because there were too many other jobs, I didn't continue!
