Simple method of origami lantern

1. Prepare colored paper, white paper, scissors, glue sticks and colored pens. Cut a strip from the colored paper with scissors.

2. Fold this colored paper in half. Fold the opening down one centimeter wide.

3. Cut the part less than one centimeter into many strips with the same width with scissors. Stick one side of the note with a glue stick.

4. Glue the left and right ends of colored paper together to form a lantern belly. Cut another thin strip from the colored paper.

5. Glue the two ends of the thin strip together and stick it on the inside of the lantern. Then cut a wide strip of paper from the colored paper with scissors, and cut the lower part of the paper into many thin strips with scissors as lantern ears.

6. Glue the top of the lantern ear and stick it under the lantern.

7. Draw a willow branch on white paper with a green marker and cut it with scissors.

8. Stick the back of the willow branches on the belly of the lantern to make a three-dimensional lantern.
