What if the company treats candidates differently because of gender, constellation and alcohol consumption?

China's "Labor Law" clearly stipulates that "workers are not discriminated against because of their nationality, race, gender and religious beliefs." In the recruitment regulations, it is actually a kind of job discrimination to set all kinds of shocking conditions for candidates' gender, age, education, experience and height. It is reasonable for the employer to set certain recruitment conditions for the post, but these recruitment conditions must objectively meet the job needs of the post. Constellation and other recruitment conditions are obviously a kind of employment discrimination, and workers can defend their rights through reporting and litigation.
