Taobao's credit rating is four hearts and then five hearts. The specific rules are as follows:

Every time Taobao members successfully trade with Alipay on Taobao, they can evaluate the credit of the transaction object. Evaluations are divided into three categories: praise, middle evaluation and bad evaluation, and each evaluation corresponds to a credit score, specifically: praise plus one point, middle evaluation without one point, and bad evaluation with one point deducted. Store dynamic score (DSR) index includes four items: baby and description, seller's service attitude, seller's delivery speed and logistics company's service.

Within 15 days after the successful transaction, the buyer can rate the seller's store on a voluntary basis. Failing to score within the time limit is regarded as giving up, and the system will not generate a default score, which will not affect the seller's store score.

If the buyer only scored 1 or several indicators when rating the store, and then confirmed the submission, it will be deemed that the store rating has been completed, and the rating cannot be modified and supplemented. The remaining unrated indicators will be regarded as abandonment of rating and will not be scored by default.

After the mall order buyer completes the store rating, the system will automatically give the buyer a favorable comment on behalf of the seller. After the store score comes into effect, the consistency between baby and description, seller's service attitude and seller's delivery speed will be included in the seller's store score on average, while the service score of logistics company will not be included in the seller's store score, but will be included in the logistics platform.
