The constellations we are talking about are all sun constellations, and there are roughly four ways to divide them.

Fire sign people are full of energy, passion and action, but they come and go quickly and sometimes carelessly. People in earth signs are cautious, calm, sincere and persistent in feelings, and down-to-earth in their work, but sometimes they are too conservative and have low self-confidence. Air signs's people are developed in thinking, rich in imagination, inclined to thinkers, good at socializing and strong in language expression, but their personalities are changeable, they like the new and hate the old, and they are emotional.
