Where is Don from?

Tang, a Turk, was born in 1992. His real name is Idris Talha Kartaf. Jackie Chan fell in love with China culture because of his kung fu movies.

20 10, Idris Talha Kartav, age 18, went to Xiamen University to study. When in Rome, do as the Romans do. He gave himself a Chinese name called Tang Qiang, but people prefer to call him "Tang" or "Brother Tang". After graduating from graduate school, Tang stayed in Xiamen and took over the family's marble business, often traveling between Xiamen and Turkey.

Tang was killed in the earthquake in Turkey on February 6th.

Before the earthquake, Tang was participating in a short-term training program of Turkish Tour Guides Association (TUREB) and staying at Isis Hotel in Adia. Within a few days, many Turkish media paid attention to the situation of the 43-member tour guide team of Isis Hotel, and Tang was always on the list of missing persons.

Before the morning of February 10, 2023, the local media claimed that the existing 18 tour guide students were killed in the earthquake. Tang's friend said that after the earthquake disaster, our staff never gave up looking for Tang. After Tang's father rushed to the scene, he has been looking for his son in nearby hospitals, but all hospitals have said that they have not accepted Tang. Later, after the burial place was determined, his father, Tang Shou, stood by the ruins, waiting for his son to be rescued by rescuers.

In the early morning of February 10, rescuers found the bodies of 10 victims, including Don.

NTV, a local TV station in Turkey, reported that the supporting part of Isis Hotel, where Tang died, was cut off during the transformation from an apartment to a hotel, resulting in the loss of earthquake resistance and the collapse of the whole building. After the news of Tang's death came out, the program group, guests and many friends of Tang sent messages of condolences. On the morning of February 10, the official blog of "Informal Talks" program group posted a message mourning: "Go all the way, our favorite brother Tang."
