Are all three generations of Omega the same?

Three generations of Omega are different.

1, the first generation of Omega constellation was launched in 1952, which is one of the earliest mechanical watch series under the Omega brand. 3. The third generation of Omega constellation is the watch series launched by Omega brand in 1982, and it is the latest generation of Omega constellation series.
