What does the ancient poem Altair mean?

Jumping Cowherd Star is a five-character poem written by literati in Han Dynasty, and it is one of the nineteen ancient poems. This poem, based on the myth that the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl are blocked by the Milky Way and can't meet each other, expresses the feelings of women's parting and lovesickness, and writes the sadness that husband and wife on earth can't reunite. Distant and bright Altair, bright and distant Vega.

The weaver girl is waving her long white hands, and the loom keeps ringing.

Because of lovesickness, she couldn't weave any patterns all day, and tears scattered all over the floor like rain.

They are not far from each other only by the clear and shallow Milky Way.

Across the clear and shallow banks of the Milky Way, staring at each other in silence.
