What is the button next to the Yano headlight adjustment button?

There are two buttons next to the Tuano headlight adjustment button.

On the left is to adjust the brightness of the instrument panel, and on the right is to adjust the brightness of the headlights. Judging from your picture, the two switches you marked are the left dashboard brightness level switch and the right headlight height adjustment switch button. One of these two small switches is to adjust the brightness of the instrument panel and the other is to adjust the height of the headlights. You can adjust the height of the headlights by this button.
