Is Shu Chang from Chongqing?

Because of her ancestral home in Guangyuan, Sichuan, she said she was "half Sichuanese".

Guangyuan is located in the northern edge of Sichuan Basin, at the junction of Sichuan, Shaanxi and Gansu provinces. Located in the center of Cheng, An, Chongqing and Lanzhou, it is known as the "important town and gateway of northern Sichuan".

So it's okay for her to be from Chongqing. Maybe her hometown is near Chongqing or has been zoned to Chongqing now.

As far as practical situation is concerned, she was born in Jilin and grew up in Beijing. Sichuan is just her father's hometown. Her father abandoned her when she was less than one year old, and there was little contact after that.

So she is from Sichuan, only by blood.
