How to make a handmade magic fan?

The manufacturing method of manual magic fan is as follows:

Divide yellow A4 paper in two lengthwise, and then fold it evenly into creases.

After two sheets of paper are folded in half, they are fixed together with double-sided tape.

Fold the bottom of the fan and fix it with double-sided tape.

Cover the top of green A4 paper with a piece of double-sided tape, tear it off, and then roll the bottom of the paper into a paper stick (note that the short end of A4 paper is coated with double-sided tape, and pay attention to control the strength when rolling).

Cut the third piece of A4 paper into two rectangles with the size of 1/4, put it horizontally, and stick double-sided tape on one end.

Cut the remaining half A4 paper into squares, fold a bow or a decorative origami like love, and fix it on the pipe, so that the decoration of the wand will come out.
