How to draw a constellation diagram

Constellation drawing steps are as follows:

Material preparation: gouache paper (one large sheet), one box of pigment (Pulan) and one box of pigment (white). ?

Tools needed: toothbrush, Gou Xianbi, brush, palette and a basin filled with water.
