What bug is this black and white dot on the picture?

This is a young nymph of spotted wax cicada. It is black with white spots. When it grows up, it turns red with white spots, and then it becomes an adult. It can fly with wings. Cicada is a forest pest, especially Ailanthus altissima and Toona sinensis, but it is also a medicinal insect. The insect body can be used as medicine after drying.
