Is ICBC credit card constellation a multi-currency account?

Not necessarily a multi-currency account. ICBC Star Card includes UnionPay version and visa version. Among them, the UnionPay version of the constellation card used in China is a single currency card, which only supports RMB. In consumption abroad, visa Star Card is a multi-currency card, which supports eleven currencies, including RMB.

Visa version of ICBC Star Card supports 10 foreign currencies other than RMB, including US dollar, Euro, Hong Kong dollar, British pound, Japanese yen, Singapore dollar, Canadian dollar, Australian dollar, Swiss franc and New Zealand dollar.
