Who is the prototype of Ding Crab in Big Times?

"Big Times" Ding Crab has no prototype.

Ding Xie is a fictional character in the great era. He is impulsive, savage and self-righteous. At first, he was poor and vulgar, and he had been in contact with loyal and kind public stock brokers for decades. Because of misunderstanding, Fang robbed Luo, but killed Fang, and then fled to Taiwan Province to kill again.

More than ten years later, he returned to Hong Kong and was arrested. He was sentenced to life imprisonment because of the charges against him by the Zhanbo Fang family. Later, the third king crab used legal loopholes to help him get out of prison. Ding Xie was released on parole in advance on the grounds of cancer. Despite the frustration of his old lover Luo, his career was smooth sailing, and he was more interested in entering the stock market.

Role evaluation:

Ding Xie has a simple mind and doesn't understand technical analysis at all, but he can become a big winner in the stock and futures markets with the simple idea that "everyone is dead, but I am not dead".

The screenwriter consciously added a lot of "good luck" to him, which was quite Zen besides being funny. I think of a book I read at the beginning of the year, "Butterfly Effect Economics", which satirizes the unreliability of traditional economic and technical analysis. People with simple minds might as well directly hit luck.
