What keeps you running?

What keeps me running?

At first, I insisted on running to lose weight. I weighed nearly 90 kilograms at that time. Hypertension, hyperlipidemia, moderate fatty liver. I have been fat for more than ten years, and I don't want to be fat all the time. I want to change myself, too. Say goodbye to the past.

I started running on February 26th this year. Run in March 174km. This month is the hardest, the hardest to stick to, because this is the beginning of running. In the first few days, I took away 6km and 7km in a row. I couldn't move and ran like hell. In March 12, I was very excited to run the first 10 kilometer. It doesn't feel that far, and it's hard to walk. Run more than ten kilometers after March 12. The speed is also slowly increasing. Weight, the key is a straight drop in weight. Running to lose weight is very fast. The more you run, the more energetic and energetic you are. May 19. After running the first half marathon, it ends at 205. Then in May, it ran 265 kilometers. It can be said that May is the most energetic. By May 23rd, the weight had dropped by nearly 30 kilograms. If you think about it, it must be running, but it can also be great. I ran continuously for 10 days in May, with more than 10 kilometers per day, which shows how attractive running is, and another point is that my blood pressure is normal. These are all brought by running. Today in June, it has already run 166km. Self-analyze the reasons, why not run as much as in May? I ran too much in May. In June, I was exhausted after running for a week. I took a proper rest for a few days and continued to run with blood. It's no problem to run 220km this month.

Now running is a hobby, running habits are basically formed, running will also secrete a dopamine, which will make people happy physically and mentally, and running will also be addictive. Like the feeling of sweating, like the feeling of rapid heartbeat, these are the reasons why you insist on running.
