1. You need to prepare the following materials and tools to make clothes with plastic bags: scissors, adhesive tape and garbage bags.

Next, you need to cut the plastic bag into a rectangle, as shown in the figure below.

3. Next, you need to glue one side of the cut rectangle with adhesive tape to make a wrinkle effect, which can be used as the lower part of the skirt. See the figure below for details.

4. Then you need to cut out the top half of the skirt, as shown in the figure below.

Next, you need to cut a small red flower from a red plastic bag, which can be used as the decoration of the skirt. See the figure below for details.

6. Finally, stick the cut red flowers on the skirt, so that the skirt made of plastic bags is finished, as shown below.
