Is Zhang Mingkai's criminal law important?

Very important. At present, there are two kinds of criminal law books on the market: one is written by Zhang Mingkai, and the other is criminal law books compiled by others. With the reform of China, China's criminal law will fully adopt Zhang Mingkai's theory sooner or later. In recent years, Chen Xingliang gradually turned to Zhang Mingkai School.

Zhang Mingkai and Chen Xingliang are the twin constellations of China's criminal law, but Zhang Mingkai is better. Chen Xingliang is the high-footed master of China's criminal law, Gao Xuan Ming, and the previous school still belongs to the high-footed. Without Zhang Mingkai, Chen Xingliang should be regarded as the best among the younger generation.

But there happened to be a Zhang Mingkai. When Zhang Mingkai came out, he was outstanding. He didn't buy the account of Gao and other masters, which directly subverted the four elements theory on which Gao and Malays became famous. In other words, these four elements are really nonsense. At what age, they still cling to the theoretical system of Soviet criminal law, and they deserve to lose. Although Gao Ma sent many disciples to besiege Zhang Mingkai, these soldiers and crabs were not on the same level as Zhang Mingkai. The more violent the attack, the bigger the flaw.

Zhang Mingkai's criminal law theory has laid the foundation of China's new criminal law system, and no one can surpass Zhang Mingkai in the next twenty years.
