There are at least 16 "unfinished buildings" in Changsha.

The projects that have started include Nanmingge (now the star of the city), Xiangqiao Complex (now Xingwei Xinyuan), Strait Hotel (now in central Hunan), Xing 'an Building (now Jianming Building), Xianglong Market (now newly built) and Yin Jian Building (now free). Com), Xiaoxiang International Hotel (now Zhongtian Square), Tomorrow Century Square (now urban power). It accounts for 75% of the total, of which six projects, including Nanmingge (now the star of the city), Xianglong Market (now newly built) and Far East Building (now the constellation of Shangcheng), have been completed and put into use. Strait Hotel (now the center of Hunan Province) will be delivered soon. Two projects, including the Palace Hotel, have been signed and are going through the relevant formalities in the early stage of the project.
