The format of writing news

The (1) title summarizes the main contents of the message.

(2) The introduction is the first paragraph, which requires a very concise summary of the most basic information.

(3) The theme is the main part of the information, and the content should be specific and clear.

(4) The conclusion is a summary of the message content. Some messages have no ending.

Combination of Chinese and foreign-Xinhua style. China's news reports generally follow the chronological order, but this "storytelling" writing style is no longer suitable for the reading habits of the audience (most people don't have time to listen to your long speeches), so the "Xinhua Style" was born under the condition of absorbing the advantages of Chinese and foreign news reports.

The basic format (except the title) is: 1. The most important part of the event is concisely reflected in the introduction.

Secondly, in the second paragraph, this important part of the introduction is further elaborated to form a support so that the audience will not form a psychological gap when accepting it. So the second paragraph is actually a transition.

Six elements of news (that is, narrative elements): time, place, people, cause, process and result of events. That is, five "W" and one "H", that is, Who (who), What (what), When (when), Where (where), Why (why) and How (how).

Structurally, each piece of news generally includes five parts: title, introduction, theme, background and conclusion. The first three are the main parts, and the last two are the auxiliary parts. Titles generally include reference titles, main titles and sub-titles; Introduction is the first paragraph or sentence at the beginning of news, which briefly reveals the core content of news.

The subject is the backbone of the news, expressing the theme with sufficient facts, and further expanding and explaining the content of the lead; Background refers to the social and natural environment in which news takes place.
