How to make chocolate?

Handmade chocolate is not difficult to make. The tools needed are beautiful chocolate molds, thermometers, a basin or glass bowl, and a pot filled with water for heating. Dark chocolate is chopped with a knife, which makes it easier to melt when heated.

The cut chocolate is put in a basin, and the basin is put in a pot filled with water that can be heated.

The basin or bowl of chocolate should be deeper to avoid water in the process of making.

While heating, stir and heat the chocolate to 50-55 degrees. When the temperature reaches 50-55 degrees, turn off the fire, take out the basin, continue stirring until the temperature drops to about 27 degrees, and then reheat it. I have little chocolate. If I put it in the newly heated water for a while, the temperature will reach 30-32 degrees. The melted chocolate sparkled.
