The main plot of Beyond

In 20 15, Beijing successfully bid for the 2022 Winter Olympics. In response to the national strategy of "North Ice Exhibition, South Ice Exhibition", Zheng, a former member of the national short track speed skating team, was ordered to form Qingdao speed skating team and began to explore new people in ice and snow projects.

Out of love for short track speed skating, roller skating girl Chen Mian volunteered to join the newly established Qingdao short track speed skating team. There are many difficulties in roller skating. In the stumbling, Chen Mian grew all the way. From a non-professional player to become the main force of Qingdao team and enter the national team. Finally, he was recognized by his father Chen Jingye, who never thought highly of himself.

Unexpectedly, he and Zheng used to be close comrades of the national team. They once shared their youth and sweat in order to win glory for their country, but they parted ways because of the heavy pressure of winning gold.

The older generation of athletes retired, and the new generation stepped onto the stage with a more open and inclusive attitude. On the ice, two generations of athletes have completed the relay and inheritance of sportsmanship, and Chen Mian is going to represent China in the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.
