Why is there a 12 constellation?

In Roman mythology, the number "13" stands for "evil", while "12" is the number that seals evil. So there are only 12 months in a year, which means "evil" should be sealed in 13 months. Correspondingly, our clocks also have the number 12. The division of the twelve constellations is also relative to this.
