What does the rising constellation mean?

The descending constellation is always the opposite of the ascending constellation. For example, your rising sign is Aries, your falling sign must be Libra, your rising sign is Taurus, your falling sign is Scorpio, and so on. In other words, as long as you know your rising constellation, you can know your falling constellation at the same time.
