What are the natural enemies of turtles?

The natural enemies of turtles on land are mainly snakes, mice, ants, and some birds (such as eagles, which will catch turtles, take them to high places and throw them down).

Snakes can eat turtle eggs, some young turtles, mice can directly kill turtles, and ants will pick up cracked turtle eggs.

By the sea. Turtles will lay their eggs in the sand and then swim back to the sea by themselves, leaving their eggs alone. Some animals will find their nests, open the sand, dig out their eggs and eat them. After the baby turtles are born, they will crawl out of the sand and some seabirds will catch them and eat them.
