Kelly Oubre's Early Experience

Kelly Oubre was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, and moved to Richmond, Texas in 2005 due to Hurricane Katrina. Ubray attended George Bush High School in Fort Bend and then transferred to Findlay High School in Henderson, Nevada.

After graduating from high school, Kelly Oubre entered the University of Kansas.

In the season of 20 14- 15, Ubray participated in all 36 games of BIG 12, including 27 starts, and was selected as the best rookie team of BIG 12. Score fourth, rebound third, steal second. He made an amazing performance in the first playoff game of BIG 12, scoring 25 points, 6 rebounds, 3 steals and 2 blocks to help Kansas beat Texas Christian University.
