How can you look down on your life?

Life is short, we are all a drop in the ocean, a grain of sand in the desert, just like a song; I come from accident, like a grain of dust, who can see my fragility; Where I come from, where I belong, and who will call me in the next moment. Although the world is wide, this road is difficult. I have seen all the ups and downs in this world.

Seriously, whenever I hear this song, I feel deeply. Indeed, none of us can avoid all kinds of problems in life, among which nine times out of ten are unhappy. If you care too much about other people's eyes and keep sensitive nerves at all times, you will be very tired. The reason why I feel this way is that I feel very important and can't stand the fight, commonly known as the glass mentality.

Why do you want to emphasize not taking yourself seriously? You just need to relax, put down your posture and get rid of your troubles and worries. You can't care about so many trivial details, just put down what should be put down, and regularly remove and update the blocks in your chest, because some garbage people in life are always annoying, but no one can avoid not meeting garbage people. If everything is entangled with them, we will feel very tired in life.
