What level is the Vega galaxy?

In astronomy, the whole sky is divided into 88 constellations. But there is no Vega in it.

Vega is in Lyra. The system name is Alpha Lyra. Only in China do they call it Vega. Vega is a star, not a galaxy.

Andromeda has a big galaxy called Andromeda. The number in the messier catalogue is M3 1, and the number in the new catalogue is NGC224. It is one of the few galaxies that can be seen with the naked eye, about 2.54 million light years away. Andromeda galaxy is similar to the Milky Way, but it is also a spiral galaxy, only larger than our Milky Way and about twice the diameter of the Milky Way. It is estimated that there are as many as 400 billion stars.

I don't know what level of galaxy you are talking about. Andromeda galaxy is an extragalactic galaxy. This means that it lies outside our galaxy. Is this it?
