"Burst Flying Car 2" tells the story that a long time ago, Rosa, a soldier from the nether world, fought fiercely with other 12 constellation soldiers in order to control the universe. Finally, Rosa was defeated and fell asleep. One day, a group of people claiming to be Rosa's men suddenly attacked various planets, bringing destruction and chaos to the whole universe. Princess Luo Qing, the main star, learned that in order to protect peace, she must find a new constellation warrior who inherits the constellation power.

So, Phelan and Qing Feng, who were first selected by the constellation power, accompanied Luo Qing on the road, and went to various planets in the universe to find the rest of the bursting soldiers who inherited the constellation power, and launched a sci-fi adventure trip to crush the enemy's plots again and again with knowledge, wisdom and belief.
