How to disassemble the door handle of Weilai automobile

1. First of all, we need to prepare tools to be used in the whole process of disassembling the Weilai door handle, including a small screwdriver and a t-20 spline.

2. Open the door where the door handle needs to be removed. On one side of the door, we will find a small black decorative cover. Gently take it off by hand and pull it out directly. Remove the small black decorative cover and put it away.

3. At this time, you can find the screws for fixing the door handle and the lock cylinder of the handle. Here, first remove the screw that fixes the lock cylinder of the door handle, take out the t-20 spline, and remove the right screw with the t-20 spline. Remove the screws should be put away.

Next, let's remove the screw that fixes the door handle. It should be noted that the screw does not need to be disassembled. After we loosen this screw with t-20 spline, don't move, keep the spline fixed on the screw, and then push it in. That's it.

5. Disassembly of door handle lock cylinder. Take out the small screwdriver, pry it out of the gap at the lock core of the door handle with the small screwdriver, and slowly separate the lock core of the door handle from the door. When a part is separated, we can take the lock cylinder off by hand and put it away.

6. Hold the door handle with your hand and pull it back. Note that this is pulling back, not breaking out, so that the door handle will be buckled from the card inside the door and we can take it off. The doorknob that has been removed should also be put away.

7. Remove the door handle gasket. This pad is very useful. The smoothness of the door handle and the lock cylinder can be ensured. Without it, the smoothness of the whole door handle will affect the appearance. If it is disassembled, we can take it off gently by hand, and be careful not to break the small buckle on it. This step is quite simple.
