FripSide (Japanese: フリップサィド) is a japanese pop group. Formerly known as Vriesde NAO Project! (Japanese: フリップサィドなぉプロジェクト). —— The soul of music. Vriesde, who was unknown at that time, became a hot topic on the Internet with a song "Come to My Heart". At that time, members who were purely reporting to the Dance Academy didn't expect such a fierce reaction, so they struck while the iron was hot and expanded the team, making it tend to be a multi-member combination, becoming a strange combination of singers, bands and producers.

The lead singer was Nao (born 1985), who was only 25 years old. Although he is young, his musical expression is amazing, and the explosive power of his voice is comparable to the roar of the engine. Also participated in the creation of lyrics. The keyboard and guitarist Satoshi Yaginuma have unique creative techniques, which makes Vriesde's music full of multi-members, mixing, voice synthesis and masa. Mainly responsible for sound creation, it shows the music of Sat and Nao in various forms, which can be said to be brilliant. In addition, there are many musicians (guitar, bass, drummer, lyricist), who together form the present fripSide!

FripSide provides free downloads of some songs, PV demo and so on in official website. In addition, in 2007, they also shared the latest situation, life, music and so on in the network radio program.

The main activity place is Akihabara, and their PV and CD advertisements are playing on the TV outside a building.

On March 5th, 2009, the homepage of fripSide (official website original "Private Nao, Fripside, graduated, するとりま") released the news that lead singer Nao left the team. Vriesde was actually suspended. Nao claims that he will continue his music career under the new identity of "Nao".

Although the lead singer Nao left the team, the activities of fripside continued, and the new lead singer Nanyo Yoshino joined Fripside. The high-pitched part of Yoshino in Nanri is Nao, although it is much worse than Nao. What is even more shocking is the voice of Nanjes Yoshino. Her voice, which should have been mild, is now soaring. In paragraphs that focus on the high frequency of musical instruments, human voices can still be clearly recognized.

In "Science Super Electromagnetic Gun", two OP songs "only my railgun" and "LEVEL5-judgelight" played by Vriesde have been well received by many netizens, especially the very strong rhythm of "only my railgun" and the ups and downs of lead singer Yoshino in Nanri shocked many people.
