Did Luo's son kill Sue?

It was not Luo's son, but Hanako who killed Sue.

Hanako, formerly known as Li Shuhua, was jailed for manslaughter of her boyfriend, where she forged a deep friendship with Ross's mother. Ross took her to work after she came out.

At the end of the second season, Jiang Han got Ada's tape recorder and heard Hanako say, "What should I do? Is she dead? I didn't mean to! " Later, Ada even ran into Jiang Han with his car, reasonably suspecting that Hanako talked to Sue's mother after Jiang Han left, accidentally killed her and dumped the body with Ada.
