Are constellations celestial bodies? Why?

The definition of celestial bodies is the general name of all kinds of entities in the universe. Generally speaking, the diffuse matter and various particle radiation flows between interplanetary, interstellar and intergalactic regions are not called celestial bodies. Constellation refers to the combination of a group of stars with similar positions projected on the celestial sphere and cannot be included in the definition of celestial bodies.
