Sa Beining, 1976 was born in Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province, Wuhan, Hubei Province and Hexian, Anhui Province on March 23rd. He graduated from Peking University Law Department with a master's degree in law, and hosted programs in Chinese mainland.

1976, Sa Beining, born in Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province, originally from Hexian County, Anhui Province. His parents are both soldiers, and he works in literature and art in the army. He was also influenced by the artistic atmosphere since he was a child, and he performed well in the speeches he loved since he was a child.
