Who is the Monkey King in the Dragon Ball?

Wukong's father looks exactly like Wukong, except for a scar on his left cheek. He is the protagonist of the TV special 1 badoc, the father of Wukong. After Frisa conquered another planet, she was hit in the back of the head by the only survivor of that planet, and since then she has the ability to predict the future. He predicted that Frisa would destroy all Saiyans, but other Saiyans didn't believe him. He had to attack Frisa alone, but he was no match for Frisa at all. Frisa destroyed Vegeta and all Saiyans with a huge energy bomb (in fact, several Saiyans survived). He was also killed by Fraser's energy bomb, but before he died, he saw that his son Kakarot would kill Fraser.
