Ultraman Ribut is the son of the first generation of Zuo Fei.

Ultraman Ribut is the original Altman of the 20 14 Malaysian UpinIpin Project. He is famous for his stage play and 3D animation Upin &; Ipin Ultraman Ribut made its debut.

He used to be an observer of planetary civilization, and now he is a member of the "Galaxy Rescue Team", responsible for protecting and saving innocent victims in need. He and Sola Altman are childhood friends.

Because of the special "G crystals" on his arms and legs, Ultraman Ribut has his own unique fighting skills. His left arm is equipped with a shield called "Libut Shield".
