According to the bottom work, it is divided into movable bottom die and solid bottom die. Movable bottom die is easy to demould and widely used. It is recommended to buy. For cakes that are easy to demould, a solid bottom mold can be used. In addition, in order to prevent water from entering the mold, it is recommended to use a solid bottom mold for cakes that need water bath, such as cheesecake. If you have a movable bottom die at home, you can also use the method of wrapping tin foil at the bottom to prevent water from entering.
