Just use countif to calculate the number of each constellation.
Suppose the constellation is written in column C, add two auxiliary columns, column D and column E, enter the constellation 12 in column D and the formula in column e 1:
=cuontif(c:c，d 1)
The formula is pulled down to e 12, and the value of column e is divided by 40 as the reference source data of the chart.
