Is the constellation meteor shower related to the twelve constellations?

There is no exact relationship, because meteors are often said to be meteorites, and meteors are moving. When they cross the night sky, we often say that meteors will appear, and the constellation meteor shower is called the Leonid meteor shower just because the meteor is close to which constellation, just like the Leonid meteor shower, close to Leo. Others are the same, just a name, and there is no exact actual relationship.
