What kind of people don't believe in constellations?

I really don't believe in constellations. I always feel that this thing plays a negative role, which restricts people from making changes and is not conducive to eliminating shortcomings.

For example, if a seat is offensive and hurtful. This shortcoming is almost unattractive to everyone, and if the person in a certain seat thinks this is his typical constellation feature, he subconsciously refuses to change it under the pretext of the constellation, and if others give up thinking that the person in a certain seat will tolerate him like this, then this feature will not change for life.
