In 2005, in order to make the units, courtyards and residential quarters under the jurisdiction of the community be neither heavy nor leaky, the Jiangnan District Government further clarified the community jurisdiction scope of the sub-district office on the original basis, and the jurisdiction scope and office locations of the following six communities were adjusted accordingly:

(1) The jurisdiction of Houjinshawan Community is defined as: the jurisdiction of Ronghe New City and scattered Shuitangjiang River on both sides of Baisha Avenue in Baisha Village on the east side of the flood dike of Tingjiang Road.

(2) It is clear that the jurisdiction of the middle section of Shajing Avenue is from Siqiaotou to both sides of Shajing Avenue (except local villagers) of the Living Procurement Station of the Second Railway Bureau.

(3) It is clear that the community jurisdiction scope of the southern section of Houshajing Avenue is: Shajing South Station and both sides of Shajing Avenue from the freight yard of South Station to the life purchasing station of the Second Railway Bureau (except local villagers).

(4) It is clear that the jurisdiction scope of Houxinjin Avenue community is: west of Youyi Road, north of South Station Road, southwest of Hantangling and both sides of Zhuangjin Avenue.

(5) It is clear that the jurisdiction of the community west of Jiangnan Road is: north of Jiangnan Road, east of Xiyuan Road and north of Yongjiang Middle Line (excluding Xiyuan Hotel work area).

(6) Define the jurisdiction of Houdan Village Road West Community (including power transmission and transformation) as follows: Xiyuan Road in the east (including Xiyuan Hotel), Erli Road in Wuyi Road in the north, Dancun Road and Wuyi East Road in the south, Yonghe Bridge in the west and Yongjiang River in the north (excluding Dancun and Nantang living quarters).
