1, Wang Defeng,1was born in Taixian County, Jiangsu Province in June, 1956. He is the vice president of Fudan University, a professor at the School of Philosophy of Fudan University, a doctoral tutor, a teacher in the teaching and research section of Marxist philosophy history, a researcher at the Center for Contemporary Foreign Marxist Studies, and concurrently the director of the aesthetics teaching and research section.

Liu Qing, born in 1963, is a Ph.D. candidate in political science at the University of Minnesota, USA, and is currently a doctoral supervisor in the Department of Political Science at distinguished professor, East China Normal University. He is also the director of the Center for World Political Studies and the Center for the Study of the History of Thought. He has worked in the China Institute of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the History Department of East China Normal University and the Institute of International Relations and Regional Development. Selected as "Pujiang Talent Plan" in Shanghai and "Outstanding Talents Support Plan in the New Century" by the Ministry of Education.
