Steps:

Draw a bird's wing under the painted head, as shown in the figure:

Then draw the bird's body and another wing on the basis of the wings and head, as shown in the figure:

Draw the legs and claws of the bird under the body, as shown in the figure:

Finally, draw the bird's tail on the bird's body, thus drawing a stick figure bird, as shown in the figure:
