If the smart watch cannot be charged, it is recommended that you:

1. Check whether the watch is installed in the correct direction on the base. The charging end on the back of the watch should be attached to the charging end of the base. If it is installed backwards, it can't be recharged.

2. Replace other data cables and try to charge the charging head.
