Why is Libra the only lifeless constellation?

The twelve constellations are Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces, Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio and Sagittarius.

Capricorn, Pisces, Aries, Taurus, Cancer, Lion and Scorpio are all animals.

Gemini and Virgo belong to animals.

Sagittarius is human, half-human, half-animal, and naturally has life.

A water bottle is a bottle full of water, and water is the source of life. Naturally, this constellation is alive.
