What are the signs that are sometimes smart and sometimes stupid?

Personally, I think it is Aquarius. There is a simple reason. The wisdom of Aquarius is famous in all the twelve constellations, but the stubbornness of Aquarius is also "notorious" in all the constellations. When faced with some choices, Aquarius clearly sees things thoroughly from beginning to end, but because of principles or his stubbornness, he often chooses to give up the most correct choice in the end.
