Buddhism is not an idea, but an activity of the universe and nature itself. 1) What is Buddhism? The activity of the universe and nature itself is Buddhism! Is sneezing an activity of nature in the universe? Can you sneeze? Hunger, too, is all part of the activities of the universe and nature itself, not a short period, but all Buddhism. 2) Buddhism has no sleep. People think "I know very well" and "I know, I know". What about before I realized and understood? Thinking, "What is enlightenment?" I've thought about it for a long time, but I don't know anything. "Ignorance" is your true state, which is included in Buddhism. 3) Which piece is not good meat? A Zen master saw a housewife buying pork in a vegetable market. She said to the butcher, "Give me a catty of the best meat." The butcher slapped the knife on the table. "Which is not good meat here? Every piece is! " Hearing this, the Zen master had an epiphany! The so-called good meat, or bad meat, is what people say, because people want to eat. If other animals and dogs, maybe they should choose rotten and smelly ones. We thought the toilet was dirty, and the maggots thought it was bean fish. It tastes great! So are there good and evil, right and wrong, beautiful and ugly activities of nature in this universe? Don't! 4) What is reverse delusion? Buddhism is not thought, but thought is the product of our brain secretion (activity itself). Don't feel great. You can't think of anything that can't be secreted. Everything is a variety of patterns that are secreted! Then the part that doesn't secrete is that you don't secrete! All you think about is that what you secrete becomes a pattern. Understand? So Buddhism is the activity itself of all things in the universe, not the activity itself. If you make it clear, meditation (the activity itself) will not be confused and delusional in pursuit of anything. If you sit down, pain is pain, and this is what natural activities look like. "alas! This is not good ... ",consciousness added again. Isn't it right not to add before? 2. Just Zen [meditation] is the practice of Buddhism returning to nature [the essence of life], and it is the way for Buddhism to return home and sit still. What does it mean to return to nature? Life is like this! Breathing, heartbeat, thirst, are you manipulating it? As soon as you sit on it, you want nothing and get nothing. It is the most basic and necessary thing to do. Sitting in this way is to return to nature, and there is no element of' I' in it. This is the behavior of the Buddha. So it is super straightforward. Ordinary people cross-legged, as long as they can just meditate, the present is the behavior of Buddha! There is no question of becoming a Buddha or not; As long as we get rid of' I', self-activity, self-awareness and human life, aren't they current life activities, such as heartbeat, breathing, blood circulation and metabolism? Is this life? 2) Don't leave at night, but be sure to arrive. Sitting at home, where is home? Take away your self-awareness and self-intervention and go home! It's not that nature has another home, but that your mind is thinking again. I often give an example: if you don't walk at night, you must arrive if you vote clearly. Don't move at night Meet me in Taipei tomorrow morning. You said, "I'm still in Malacca. What should I do? " That's not what I meant. Go home and sit cross-legged, just take away your self-awareness and your life, and then it's already here! All the operations of nature are! It's the practice of Buddhism, it's Buddhism! Sitting like that and moving like that are all primitive life activities of nature! The problem is that we interfere too much. So, just the absolute value of meditation is here! If you don't believe (accept) this thing, you will always be a person who hangs "self-awareness" for a lifetime. 3. When sitting alone, the present is a complete Buddha. As the saying goes, it is not easy to go straight into the Tathagata and become a holy body. A student saw a Zen master sick. The student said, master, you seem to be in poor health recently? His answer is, the sun Buddha, the moon Buddha. When it hurts, it hurts Buddha, and when it is happy, it is Buddha. They are all Buddhas! Why? The natural expression of the universe is inseparable from the original life phenomenon of the universe. Don't be confused, go to the Buddha specifically, create an ideal Buddha realm by yourself, and then, play a lot of tricks desperately to reach this realm. The result is just your ideal state, satisfying your desire! The founder often said: seek the law outside the heart. This heart is the natural activity of the whole universe, not our climbing heart. 4. Accept the inevitable reality, that is, Buddhism and Taoism. If you are miserable, you should do your duty and bear everything. If you want to make it today, you can't avoid it. Pain is pain, and cough is cough. Accept it. According to the origin, adding a medicine can cure you and have a full meal. It doesn't want to follow natural reasons at all. If you have no money, you can't eat well or wear well. I have money and want to buy this, but I don't feel bad about it. Illness is illness. People die when they die. Accept it calmly. What can you do? Hunger and thirst is an inevitable fact. If you want to fart, it will hurt you if you hold back. If you should, let it go. If you are in pain, you should do your duty. If the karma conditions are complete, there must be this fruit ready-made, which is called karma fruit perfection, so it is originally a thing to do and bear everything! Add self-awareness. When this awareness rises, you have to resist and change, which is painful. Being happy means being happy, but will this happiness last forever? No, it'll be all right in a minute. "Just meditation" does not belong to human satisfaction! It is another level of effort, which can surpass all kinds of human efforts and break the root of meaning. Just read the Bible and listen to my tapes. If you don't turn your leg, it will fall down like meditation in the void. It's no use! 5. "Mind, enlightenment, liberation, samadhi" is not a special mental state, but a natural local landscape of the universe [true colors] 1) Buddha's heart and climbing heart. Buddha's heart is the life activity of nature, the universe and itself! Don't assume that there is an individual and that individual has an activity, that is, our thoughts are moving again. The whole heart is consciousness, and consciousness is the heart! Are you looking for inspiration? Enlightenment is the activity of nature itself in this universe. Enlightenment, if you don't add self-awareness, that is, you don't add selfishness, which is difficult for ordinary people to do. Everything, every idea, can put aside self-interest (clings to the heart) and be unmoved by emotion, and we must have faith and confidence in it before we can start. 2) Contrary to human thinking. We measure master by our own standards, measure the truth, then say it is not good, and then transfer, resume school and drop out of school. We all moved there according to our own wishes. There is no way to realize that "ourselves and the whole thing are the real pulse of the natural universe". We are the pulse! Don't think that enlightenment and liberation are a special psychological state of being suddenly enlightened. It is still inseparable from your psychological state and mental state. This is not the case! 3) The peak of Xuan Tong is not on the earth. Sneezing and coughing are all local scenery. Itchy, go catch it, and so is' itchy'! Many people will say, "It itches to sit there. You have to hold back and don't catch it. Just like a master! " "I didn't mean to make it itch, but when it itches, I feel comfortable when I scratch it, and I'll scratch it right away. Of course, you are making a big gift, and sometimes you have to hold back. At that time, it was also a local scenery. Because I presided over the ceremony, I have to hold back, this is also a local scenery! If you have this vision, from the grand perspective of the universe and nature, don't always drag people to see and learn Buddhism, you will understand Buddhism more easily. 4) The heart has no exit (no access), and there are mountains everywhere (from liberation). Emancipation does not mean that you practice Buddhism, and you get any wonderful liberation. But directly refers to the local scenery of nature, called liberation and samadhi. I don't want you to sit still, sit still, count to one, two, three, and decide slowly, and then your wisdom will pop out, and you will be free and become samadhi. When you decided, you climbed out of samadhi again? Go in like a person and come out again. But most people are not always looking for peace, stability, enlightenment and access. Just be as quiet as possible. What's the point of getting up and arguing with others? 5) Demonstration of Buddha's life. Shaman, liberation, enlightenment and mind all refer to the natural local scenery of the universe. When you are in pain, "alas! "It's also the local scenery. The problem is that you have increased your selfish self-awareness and taken it away from you. Because there is a delusion of self, because the idea of satisfying one's desires is so strong that one has gone crazy, and this is the problem. It's not crazy at all. There are local scenery everywhere. Becoming a Buddha must also satisfy a person's personal desire-drinking tea and eating, "I want it" is inevitable. But how are they different from us? Before nirvana, the Buddha said, "I have gained enlightenment by not letting go of my liberation!" "He didn't say that he was awake because he saw the stars. Many people only pay attention to the stars. In fact, the demonstration of Buddha's life is that he never gave up his uncontrollable life behavior for a moment. In modern terms, "letting go" is out of control. Not letting go is not taking away to satisfy your own desires. I want to eat, I want to drink, I want to sleep, that's your wish, I want to do, I am here. It is necessary to live on earth and become a Buddha, but they will walk away and get lost if they don't let go, lose control and satisfy their desire for self-knowledge. " Pollution is not allowed. "What is pollution? Was taken away by self-awareness. That's what I meant when I said I had been practicing since I became a Buddha. It is said that the fruit is wonderful and the certificate is different. Maintenance and certificate are on the same fruit. Being out of control is the primitive rhythm of the natural universe. If you don't lose control, just go ahead at that rhythm, just follow it, drink like this, laugh like this, and feel so sad. That's right! 6) This kind of happiness is not another kind of happiness. What is explained in the dictionary of mind, enlightenment, liberation, samadhi, man or Buddhism is wrong. The activity of the universe and nature itself is called samadhi and liberation. How can it be so natural without relief? It hurts when it hurts; Good times are good, natural and liberation, and that is liberation from samadhi! It's not that you learn a rule, listen to some truth, and then say, "Oh! I see. I'm comfortable. "So liberation samadhi refers to the natural local scenery of the universe, which is the realm of great liberation and great happiness. The activity itself is great happiness, not the happiness you feel. Stop misinterpreting happiness. People tend to think and talk about it self-centered. Why? No matter what efforts are made at the human level, there is no way to accept a fact. What facts? The fact that we exist because of the universe and nature! " Meditation means returning to nature, which is the rhythm of nature's movement there. If you don't have absolute confidence in this, you won't realize absolute value, and you can't do it no matter how hard you try! 6. "Nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing" generally refers to negation, but in Buddhism it refers to nature, absolute truth [the truth of all laws, knowing the Buddha's nature] 1) non-meditation Buddhism. Nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing generally refers to negation, and in Buddhism it refers to the absolute reality of nature-nothing; For example, there is no phase, because the reality is too difficult to talk about. Which one can you take as reality? Cup and tape recorder, right? A man? Where is the girl? There's nothing to say! This is called "keep your word and do what you want!" "There is no way to express it in words and language, and there is no way to think. What do you mean that reality is not human consciousness? The founder of Zen is so interested and clever. " How to meditate? Think about it! "This' no' is not a thought or non-thought in the world, nor is it a T. Thought is trying. The' no' of' non-thought' refers to the reality of the universe and nature." Don't think "is the reality of the universe and nature, so we should try our best to do so." How to strive to do this? Just meditate! There is no other way. 2) No brain, self-awareness. All human efforts advance with self-awareness. Only meditation can completely let go of people's self-activities, return to the original natural appearance, and have the power to be unmoved. Our daily life is: when faced with the situation, we will have the first thought. What is this? This is a phenomenon of life. Anyone can do it, so can Zen master and Buddha. The natural function of the brain should give birth to this first thought, unless you are dead! People who just meditate without this kind of Buddhist practice, like a refill of coffee, will go straight over and continue to think. If we do not continue, human life will stop. However, driven by self-awareness, the continuation of human life often has to move in the direction of satisfying personal desires. A thousand miles, has been soaring in the past, has been out of control The problem is out of control! If you believe in the absolute value of meditation at ordinary times, and you are meditating at ordinary times, this continuation will do. Some people can firmly control their two minds. Why do some people get mad and out of control? Because when you fly, you are taken away by satisfying your own desires. This desire is so strong that it is out of control. But if it doesn't get out of control, isn't it going to fly? Isn't self-awareness moving? How else can I live? Can't you fly steadily if you can fly? Many people misunderstand again, thinking that it is not good to become a Buddha, knowing that they are delusional. If not, will you show me your life? Tell me if I'm right. Without me, how can you say, "Come here? "Say' I want a cup of tea', that's not true! It's just that he didn't lose control. "If you don't let go, you will feel right! "Sakyamuni Buddha speaks so well, which is really shocking! 3) Try to sit up straight. Sit up straight, the first thought came, naturally, and it was the local scenery. Don't answer! Trying not to answer is just meditation! This is called touch, and touch means trying, trying, trying, and always sitting up straight. The second thought will be born again, because you are not dead, it is also a local scenery of nature, it will be born, or try not to pick it up. Don't let go until you pick it up hard! Some people say that "meditation should sweep away delusions", then you are crazy. It would be a pity if you don't want to come and miss. 4) self-help samadhi. Some people say "Buddhism on earth", a joke! What is man is man, how can it be the behavior of Buddha. If you can really be straightforward, every idea of your life on earth (such as the idea of work) must be accepted, planned and studied, but at this time you will not be washed away by satisfying your own desires! Why can't you use it without being driven away? This is not out of control, not letting go. Don't think that meditation is going into samadhi. That's nonsense, which caters to the tastes and tastes of the world. What's more, this is a great victory. If you use tight and loose methods, then you are doing other people's business! Buddha didn't say that. On the other hand, meditation is a Buddhist practice, which can be carried out without moving to the environment. Otherwise, it is also said with your mouth, and you will be very passive and out of control. If you don't lose control, don't you want to live a human life? Right? 5) great peace of mind. Why didn't Buddha lose control all his life? Because you can feel at ease, you can do it with this. This is the real peace of mind that the second ancestor sought from Buddhism. Buddhists and Zen masters are in a very peaceful state of mind in all their daily lives, so they can stay still and not lose control. What is the basis of great peace of mind? One is to open the truth in all ten fields. He saw the essence of the whole universe clearly. Open your eyes is not only to know "all the light" mentioned by "Samadha hidden in the light", but everyone is all the light and is the manifestation of light. A bunch of fierce flames are sky red, all over the sky, soaring, cosmic, heaven and earth, all sky red. Sound, tone, feelings, thoughts, the rotation of the earth, the stars in the sky, the whole movement, are a bunch of fierce flames. Everything is clear, or "awareness is round and clear, and there is no body." These are all the truths about this and the natural universe. Therefore, we should open our eyes to see the truth of the ten realms. So we are alive-the life of the universe and nature lies in life. The other is true temperament, which is manifested as a person, a cloud and a stone. Meditation is a return to nature and a Buddhist practice, which is different from ordinary behavior and has different levels and boundaries. The only way to return to this true nature is meditation, and you have complete faith in it. With these two, you can feel at ease anytime and anywhere! 6) The real teacher hears the law. How to ask for great peace of mind? If you want to see the dharma and the master, you also need to seal it. This seal is actually a bond between teachers and students. Only when you have a personality dredge with the teacher who teaches Buddhism can you really learn from the teacher. What is the dredge of personality? You are the ten-faced real person who moves there. I'm sure two ten-faced real people are as harmonious as water poured into water. This is called personality dredging. If you can't achieve this, you are only regarded as a teacher of knowledge and etiquette, a teacher of Buddhism, and what skills to learn. You will never be indifferent to such a situation. Because the foundation of great peace of mind is based on two things, which must be cleared up with the teacher's personality. Without this, it is playing with each other and wasting a lifetime of life opportunities. It turns out that everything is the real movement of nature and the universe, and the real movement appears in the human body. Therefore, it is not that I have a fixed phase, but the reality of nature and the universe. It's real here, and it's human. Therefore, my truth is the phase of nature and the universe, which is "no phase", mutual and the dredge of personality. I don't think you are Dr. Luo, I don't think I am Hong, and I don't think that rumor maker is an ordinary rumor maker. What I saw was a bunch of fierce flames, and the real human bodies were there. You see, I'm not Dr. Hong either, but a bunch of fierce flames are there, creating a real human body. At this time, the personality will be smooth. Your peace of mind can always be indifferent to the situation, and you can do it.
